*Position Summary *

This role will work closely with marketing, sales and customer experience to help Thos. Moser identify and develop prospective customers and nurture existing buyers. This person has a strong analytical sense with the ability to take a multi-faceted view of data. She/He can use data to shape new marketing campaigns and derive actionable adjustments to existing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in the daily management of lead nurturing programs including reporting, testing, optimizing and launching campaigns.

· Help to develop and execute email communication flows.

· Make iterative adjustments to marketing programs across all channels including email, social, paid search and print.

· Assist in the management and maintenance of marketing contact segments for digital marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with both sales and creative marketing team to craft compelling content and messaging strategies.

· Analyze channel, campaign and program performance to identify optimization opportunities.

· Strong understanding of all parts of the marketing funnel as well as understanding of how consumers interact with all marketing channels from digital to print.

· Deliver reports and results overviews to team members and management.

Requirements

· Strong written communication skills.

· Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is preferred.

· Content creation experience required, specifically experience with email marketing templates.

· Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.

· Experience with sales helpful, but not required.

· A degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience is required.
