We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Tent & Rental Set-up team member for the Summer and Fall season to join our team. As a part of our crew you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients events, but sufficiently and safely setting up tents and related equipment during our busy wedding season. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional service and exceed our clients expectations.

*Responsibilities: *

• Assist in loading and unloading tents, poles, stakes and related equipment onto trucks.
• Transport equipment to event venues in a safe and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to set up tents according to specifications and diagrams.
• Ensure all tents are securely anchored and properly installed.
• Install sidewalls, lighting, and accessories as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, both at the warehouse and on site
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries'.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
