Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Community Banking Officer will be responsible for leading the customer service and sales culture of the branch to achieve deposit and loan goals.
  • This position will oversee branch operations, business development, and assist in advancing the branch team.

Requirements

Three to five years of branch supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, or significant general banking experience is required.
