Virtual Content Technician

The Virtual Content Technician is responsible for all aspects of webinar production, including development, communications, logistics, and production/post-production of all live events. Manages integration of registrant data with prospect database, serving as point person between webinar vendor and marketing database team.
Supports virtual education team projects and initiatives, including video development, virtual environments, and special events. Responsible for all scheduled and ad hoc reporting of results to stakeholders, including Department management and Enterprise Reporting. Ensures accuracy of webinar engagement statistics and registration information.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience using customer relationship management software. Working knowledge of web-based accessibility issues (browser settings, cookies, filtering software) and proficiency troubleshooting user issues with accessing content. Understanding of rules of compliance under Section 508, and with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). High proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of HTML5. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Exceptional business writing skills required, must be able to draft high-quality communications for internal and external audiences. Candidate must possess outstanding initiative and a high degree of ownership. Position has responsibility for consumer-facing content, requiring superior attention to detail.
Experience in webinar broadcasting and production of live online events. Experience designing online content. College degree or relevant college coursework. Experience creating marketing emails a strong plus, including copy, links, and all design elements. General understanding of federal benefits, and retirement and financial planning concepts. Proficiency using Adobe design software suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience writing HTML5. Proficiency in audio and video editing.
