Salary range: $60K to $80K
Supervises and directs activities and work schedules of Installation Team, Tank installers, Technicians, Electricians and apprentices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for efficient communication, harmonious interaction and support of co-workers and management team members.
Develops and implements strategic plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Runs reports such as call back, service profitability and service tech performance.
Assures that appropriate service technician safety/technical training and regular monthly meetings are maintained.
Assures that proper communication occurs and that communication equipment is operational at all times.
Authorizes and supervises repair and maintenance of service vehicles and other service equipment.
Works closely with the Administrative Service Manager to ensure dispatchers and techs are scheduled efficiently and effectively. Promotes Teamwork within the department.
Adheres to company policies for promoting business and excellent customer relationships. Deals with escalated customer service calls.
Must be available by phone during off hours to the on-call technician.
Maintains communication within other departments to ensure all employees are informed of changes, etc.
Performs other tasks assigned by manager to provide general support to company operations.
Assists in performing tasks of other personnel within the department as needed.
Maintains and promotes company brand guidelines and core values at all times.

Directly supervises Installation Team, Tank installers, Technicians, Electricians and apprentices.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must speak fluent English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be able to navigate around Windows and know Microsoft Word – (Excel a plus). Ability to quickly learn our computer software. Typing skills of 40 WPM.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
