Open Position: sales representative

 

 CET Technology is a leading manufacturer of electronic components that provides power solutions for OEMs worldwide in a variety of industries. Due to growth in the marketplace, we are looking to add a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our sales staff. The ideal candidate has the ability to develop business relationships, create sales opportunities, nurture accounts, close transactions and maintain overall customer satisfaction. We are wiling to train the right individual even if you have no prior sales experience.

 

Essential tasks and duties:

 

  • Provide support for established customers and increase transactions for under-performing accounts.
  • Cold calling prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close transactions.
  • Work with team members to create success both in sales and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.

 

Desired skills and abilities:

 

  • Outgoing personality, a people person.
  • Strong desire to learn technical knowledge of electronic components.           
  • Ability to define and develop new accounts; nurture and maintain existing accounts.
  • Self-sufficiency and discipline.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel); knowledge of FileMakerPro a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.

 

Pay commensurate with experience. Besides base pay and commission, we

offer 401K, profit sharing, medical insurance and paid holidays.
