Position is on-site in Claremont, NH
NFR is continues to grow in Claremont, NH and is seeking experienced, motivated, exceptional staff to fill its various department Coordinator positions. National Field Representatives, Inc. has built its reputation on more than 30 years of proven experience in Mortgage Field Services. Our office is located in Claremont, NH in the beautiful River Valley of the CT River on the border of NH and VT.
Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with subcontractors/inspectors, customer service, data and numeric entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, and problem solving.Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution. Good computer/data entry skills are necessary to document situations and resolutions. Must know how to use Windows 7 and email. Must be able to collaborate with independent contractors in a strong, respectful, calm, and professional manner. Working knowledge of residential construction and terminology is beneficial but not required.
1-2 years in admin/clerical position. Problem identification and resolution. Ability to make decisions. Office clerical experience preferred.
Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a dedicated results orientated team. Computer and data entry experience that includes knowledge of Windows and email. Telephone and online customer service experience. Written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking and prioritizing skills. Keyboard proficiency.
