National Field Representatives of Claremont, NH, a successful and growing field Service Company is seeking an experienced, motivated, exceptional person to fill its Inspection Coordinator position. Coordinates and communicates with inspectors/subcontractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, and problem solving. Requires the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution. Good computer/data entry skills are necessary to document situations and resolutions. Ability to collaborate in a strong, yet calm, respectful, and professional manner with independent contractors. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes and have experience with Windows and email.
Ability to problem solve and find resolutions and make decisions.
At least 1 year of clerical experience and customer service experience; knowledge of construction terminology helpful. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes. Working knowledge of Windows and email.
Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a team.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Multitasking and prioritizing skills.
