Full time professional guardian position available with the Office of Public Guardian, a non-profit organization providing guardianship services throughout New Hampshire. Responsibilities include medical, residential and treatment decision-making and legal advocacy for incapacitated adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury or dementia. Qualifications include graduate degree in social work, law, medicine or human services, minimum of 3 years related experience or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience. In depth knowledge of New Hampshire developmental services and/or community mental health systems a plus. Requires the ability to work autonomously and manage a large and diverse caseload.
