Boys and Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire | Concord, NH
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire seeks a new team member to be responsible for the overall implementation of the USDA sponsored CACFP at-risk after school snack and dinner program, as well as supervision of the Bradley Street kitchen and cafeteria on a daily basis.
This is a year round position and requires between 25-28 hours per week, generally scheduled between the hours of 1 pm -6 pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in the areas of supervision, program management and communication. He/she must be able to relate effectively to youngsters and the public in general.
-Purchasing of food supplies and paper products
-Set-up and clean-up and administration of snacks and evening meals
-Assisting with the implementation of the Healthy Habits program with the Branch Director
-Other duties as assigned
-Must be at least 20 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. Food service education a plus. Food Service Certification required (will train the right person)
-Prior food service, menu planning and youth work experience a plus. Prior experience with CACFP a plus.
-He/she must be able to demonstrate skills in the areas of supervision, program management and communication.
-He/she must be able to relate effectively to youngsters and the public in general.
-Must submit health forms, and must submit to submit for an FBI fingerprint background check and submit to a background check through State of NH Criminal Records Dept. and FirstAdvantage.
-Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications (can be obtained)
-Valid driver’s license
