Exeter Hospital is searching for an experienced, full-time, Director of Imaging Services. Areas of oversight will include Radiology, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Ultrasound. This Director will provide leadership for operations, standard work, quality monitoring, budget planning, compliance, staffing, and team engagement. The selected individual will be responsible for future resources and programs, considering advanced technology, workforce issues, and the external environment. The Director will report to the Vice President of Ambulatory Services and have 11 direct reports.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited school and must have a valid New Hampshire Radiologic Technologist license. A minimum of 7 years of experience managing a hospital diagnostic imaging department are required. Other essential skills include demonstrated planning and organizational skills, strong leadership and staff development skills, integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. We are looking for a solid decision maker, clear communicator, and great relationship manager.
