The In-Home Support (IHS) program provides assistance to families with clients ages 3 to 21 in the Self-Directed Program. Our supportive team is looking for candidates who are self-starters, have flexible hours, and are excited to make a positive difference in others’ lives. We are seeking to fill the following direct care positions:
Personal Care Provider (Req #352) work with a 10-year old male who has Autism and who lives in the Rochester, NH. Experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum is preferred but not required as the family will provide training. Although the hours and specific days can be flexible, the family is looking for a candidate for weekday afternoons/evenings for 2-3 days a week and possibly Saturdays depending upon candidate’s availability. This position is for 6 to 12 hours per week with a starting salary range of $10/hour. More details about this position will be provided during the interview process.
Personal Care Provider (Req #363) work with the client on personal care goals such as activities of daily living, hygiene, and communication. This young man has a developmental disability and is able to communicate his basic needs and wants. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required. This position is a 10-hours/week with a salary of $12/hour. The hours will be 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, 3 days each week (days can be flexible) and will take place in the individual’s home and in the community.
Personal Care Provider (Req #366) work with a 6-year old female who lives in Barrington, NH. This client has a developmental disability and would work with you on personal care goals around activities of daily living both in their home and the community. Although the family would provide 1:1 training, they are looking for a motivated and high energy provider who has some experience working with individuals with disabilities. Although the specific hours can be flexible, the family is looking for a candidate for Monday through Friday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Hourly rate will vary depending on level of experience. More information regarding this position will be provided once application and resume are submitted. This is a 10-15 hours/week position with a starting salary range of $10.00/hour.
Personal Care Provider (Req #381) work throughout the summer with a 15-year old young man who lives in Farmington and has Autism. As the provider, you will work with the individual on goals around activities of daily living such as: safety awareness, snack/lunch preparation, and social skills both in the home and out in the community. You much be comfortable with dogs as the family has two. Specific days, starting in June, would be Wednesday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Hours per week would range from 12 to 15 and the hourly rate would be $13 to $15, depending on experience.
Personal Care Provider (Req #402) work with a 13-year old male, who has Autism, lives in Dover, NH, and receives support through the Agency’s Self-Directed Services program. The provider would work with the client on personal care goals around: hygiene, feeding and toileting routines, exercise, safety awareness, and accessing the community. Experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum is not required as the family will be available for 1:1 training. Although the hours may vary, the family is looking for someone to work 2 to 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, starting after 3:30 PM. A High School diploma or equivalent is required for all of these positions.
As local travel is a requirement for these positions, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

The employee will work out of the family home and the family is the Managing Supervisor with Community Partners as the Employer of Record.
