Develops a portfolio of high value small business banking relationships with companies in the small business target market (annual revenues of $2 million or less). Cultivates and brings new and complete small business relationships (from the target market) to the bank. Assesses prospect and client needs and recommends appropriate and effective solutions to meet those needs. Manages, retains, grows, and cross sells other appropriate bank product and service solutions to clients in Small Business Relationship Manager’s own portfolio. Meets or exceeds loan, deposit, customer experience, and other assigned goals.
