Description: Under the general supervision of the Project Management Office Manager (PMO Manager) the Project Manager (PM) provides key project management resources within the NH Mutual Bancorp Enterprise in order to drive the successful execution of bank wide project plans. The PM will apply expertise in project management methodologies demonstrating strong project leadership, oversight, and communication skills to successfully deliver results for single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
Location Flexible: Concord, Lakes Region, Keene, Walpole
Experience: Three to five years in a project manager/business analyst role preferably in the banking industry; strong functional knowledge of the solutions and platforms common across the banking industry; demonstrated success managing complex and higher risk/impact projects experience within a business unit or in support of multiple corporate business units; thorough understanding of project management Life Cycle preferably with both waterfall and agile methodologies applying varied project management methodologies and experience (simple to complex); demonstrated experience using project planning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project); forecasting experience with shared and interdependent resources for projecting timelines and conflicts; demonstrated experience applying project management knowledge to assess complex situations, recommend options, and drive team members and stakeholders towards common solutions.
