A Home Providership is a contractual agreement, with a generous stipend, that may be an alternative or supplement to a more traditional employment opportunity. Our non-profit Agency provides program oversight, and offers educational/clinical training and support to ensure success. This is a unique opportunity for you to be a positive role model and mentor, while directly enhancing the quality of another’s life. We believe that the rewards of assisting an individual to grow and become independent can be a wonderful experience for both the individual and the Home Provider.

Our nonprofit agency is dedicated to providing services to adults with developmental disabilities and individuals who are dually diagnosed. We match individuals with interested applicants (Home Providers) in the Strafford County, NH area who are willing to share their home and life, acting as caregivers, positive role models and mentors. The ability to work with a multidisciplinary team is a must.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following Home Providership:

  • An individual or couple interested in opening their home to provide support to a woman in her late forties. These supports may include positive role modeling, coaching on the skills needed to develop and maintain healthy relationships, support with decision-making, transportation, accessing community activities, and supporting health and safety needs. A home without pets and having someone who is bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a great match. (Req #437)

All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.

If you would like to be considered for this position, please contact Carolyn Wright at 603-516-9698 or cwright@communitypartnersnh.org.
