As an Emergency Services Manager, you will provide clinical supervision and consultation to agency programs and staff while interfacing and developing integrative services with community resources. Your typical responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, establishing and reviewing outcome data; participating in the quality assurance process; reviewing client terminations; managing the monthly on-call schedule; providing back-up clinical support to on-call staff and covering shifts when needed. You will also participate in High Risk and Violence Prevention committees.
This 40-hours/week position offers an annualized compensation starting at $45,000 and a generous benefit package to staff including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.
A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or equivalent professional/applied psychology AND five years’ experience providing crisis intervention AND one year’s experience providing clinical supervision is required for this position. Candidate must be certified or licensed at the independent practice level. Experience in two or more clinical specialty areas (e.g., testing, group therapy, family therapy, neuropsychology, substance abuse, etc.) is preferred.
As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.
