Always On Call Answering Service, LLC is a family owned and operated telephone answering service for over 15 years, representing hundreds of clients throughout North America. It is the responsibility of a Tele-receptionist to process all calls on all clients' telephone lines in an efficient, effective, and courteous manner. In addition to following all instructions and procedures necessary for answering, handling, and dispatching such calls according to the information available with respect to each account. Attention to detail, punctuality and professionalism are essential! Take Exit 13; follow the signs for Manchester Street and Granite State College. (We are exactly one mile from the exit to the office.) Go straight up the hill though the light, past Enterprise Rent-A-Car. You'll pass by the Volvo Dealer and Cumberland Farms. The office is located just past Cumberland Farms on the left in the same parking lot as Granite State College and Tire Warehouse. If you have reached Banks Cadillac or the Harley Davidson Dealer, you have gone too far! Suite 1 is the last office on the right. |

| Job Requirements |
Applicants MUST possess outstanding typing, spelling, grammar, and attention to detail skills. Individuals should offer a professional, outgoing personality and polite telephone voice with the ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced environment. All applicants are required to complete an ATSI SPELLING / GRAMMAR / COMPREHENSION /and WPM typing test to be considered for employment.
You must be able to type at least 45 WPM with minimal errors to be considered for employment.
